Comp 13 results
You were all obviously far too busy or found it far too difficult to do this one :-)
So had no entries at all.
That means, since it is the new year already, Ani wins the competition.
Well done Ani I will get your voucher as soon as possible.
Hope you all enjoyed taking part.

Comp 13
Right here we go with competition N° 13. I think the way things are going I will only have one more after this one this year. So Ani is definitely looking favourite at the moment.
This comp will have a prize for the winner as well as points.
Harry the Hamster has got in touch and came up with an xlnt idea.
A Harry the Hamster video competition?
You come up with a short clip for Harry to say like his other videos and the winner of that will have the video made from the legendary Harry himself.
Send me your entry in text format. For example one of his other clips went like this (as if you didn't know):
"I went to the pub the other night for a drink and sat next to a beautiful feeeemale and I said to her, your mamma looks like a bowling ball.
SHE GETS PICKED UP, FINGERED AND THROWN IN THE FUCKING GUTTER. DO YA FANCY A SHAG?"
Should be good to see what you lot come up with. The entry date will be the 29th December 2006. I will see if Harry will do the judging on this one.
As usual:
1st place gets 3 points. (Bonus Harry Video)
2nd place gets 2 points.
3rd place gets 1 point.
Last place gets -1 point.
Here are a couple of new ones to get you thinking. (Extended Entry)
Smell-O-Vision (N.S.F.W)
Jingle Balls (N.S.F.W)

Ani's votes:
vote 1: entry 5
vote 2: entry 2
vote 3: entry 3
Dans Votes:

Markiss votes:
vote 1: entry 1
vote 2: entry 4
vote 3: entry 5
Donna's votes:

Entries 4 and 5 by Don and Dan are equal 3rd with 5 votes (1 point)
and bringing up the rear (as he does) is Entry 3 by Beav with 1 vote (-1 point)
Seems Ani is going to win the overall competition if she continues like this.
Let's see if we can knock her down a few pegs :-)

Competition 12
Sorry for the delay with this one guys.
I was going to do a weird draw and dance competition but the website went down and I have been waiting for it to come back up again but to no avail.
So I have chosen a different one at long last.
This comp will be a voting comp too.
Basically you get a photo and put some silly eyes on it.
There are no rules of what you put the eyes on.
A Cat, dog, person, cartoon character etc etc.
Just make it as sad or funny as you can :-) (Maybe a photo of one of us!)
The end date for this comp will be next Wednesday. I want it to be a quick comp so I can get a few more in before the end of the year.
Scoring is the same. Points will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and -1 point to the last place.
I have put an example in the extended entry which should explain all.
To enter just click here.
Important
Remember to copy and email me the code to your image!
The code is in the redish type just after "or to put it on your web page, use this HTML:" eg:

Competition 11
Camera's on the ready..........!
I was getting a little bored of doing games for competitions and was wanting to get you lot to show me your photography talents again.
I was first thinking of making the competition a "Macro" (Close up) competition. Maybe something like Insects or Plants.
I then thought that a few of you may be using your phones to take the pictures and it wouldn't be fair with others having really good camera's.
So I thought it would be better having a theme of just animals. Maybe still do macro's of insects but you can also do photo's of any type you like.
For example:
At the Zoo
Gorilla
Horse
Cat
Dog
Hope these examples show you what I mean.
One thing I don't want you to do though, is use photo's that you have already taken. Like mine or Robs. I want you to take the photo's especially for this competition.
You have 2 weeks to get taking photo's before you have to have them in. The closing date will be the 27th November 2006. All photo's must be in by midnight that day.
You can send in up to 3 photo's each.
The photo's will be uploaded onto my website for you all to vote on. You all have 3 votes. Vote for your top 3 favourite photo's. (Similar to the voting we had on Comp 6)
Also the competition isn't for the best quality photo but for the best photo. So it should be fairer for those who haven't got good camera's.
As usual I will award 3 points to 1st, 2 points to 2nd, 1 point to 3rd and -1 point to last place.
Hope this all makes sense. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments for all to see.
Happy snapping, looking forward to seeing your photo's.

Competition 9
Summer must be well and truly behind us now. So I am going to start up the competitions again. I haven't got a clue how many people are still with us but we will sus that out soon enough no doubt.
The rules, the point system and the winners prize are still the same.
This first game is a right Biatch to play.
I wont describe it, best you just go and have a look for yourselves and try it out a few times. Remember to click the Union Jack to display it in English first.
Send me the screen shots of your best scores to enter.
The closing date for this game will be next Monday. So that gives you all a weekend to try and sus it out.
The game is in the extended entry. Good luck.
I got this game from Zanorg

Comp 8
It's here. Competition 8. This one is game related again.
It's called snow man attack. If you've played it before, lucky you, if not you had better get practising.
Highest score to win. Send in your screen shot for proof.
Game ends on the 12th of June.
Any questions then leave a comment.
Good luck.
If there is an equal high score then the entry I receive first is the winner.
(This is a new rule, just incase it only goes up to a certain level and everyone can get the same score.) I was asked to put this up for future games too.

Comp 7 results
Had 5 people enter this comp in the end. This was the first we have seen of Swaz too and judging by his first entry, he is going to put some pressure on the rest of us.
The results are as follows:
Overall score (3 throws):
1st place was Swaz with 2256 which gives him 3 points.
2nd place was Beav with 2132 which gives him 2 points.
3rd place was Markiss with 2086 which gives me 1 point.
4th place was Ani with 1474 but gets no points, at least she didn't loose a point.
5th place (last) was Jeremy with 809 which gives him -1 point.
Longest single throw:
1st place was Markiss with 807 which gives me 1 bonus point. Mwahahahahaha!
2nd place was Swaz with 801. (so close but no points)
3rd place was Beav with 779. (no points)
4th place was Ani with 711. (no points)
Well done guys. I will update the score board a.s.a.p.
Was speaking to Rob last night and he told me he got a single throw in the 900's but couldn't be arsed to send it in. Would have got you a point mate :-) Nice throw.
You can see the screen shots in the extended entry.

Comp 7
Here is competition 7. It is called Hammer Throw. The game is self explanatory, so go see how well you can do. The game isn't that brain stressing, so this comp will just be a short one. Let's say........ errrr? Screen shots in by Monday please. That gives you a weekend to get some high scores. Any more than that and it will bore you crazy.
Normal points score here but with an extra point to be picked up with the longest single throw.
Any questions just ask.

Comp 6 results
The results are finally in. I have some good news for some people and some bad news for one unlucky person.
First place was Ani with photo 18 she gets 3 points.
Second place was Markiss with photo 19 I get 2 points.
Third place was Beav with photo's 2 and 17 both having 5 votes each.
I am going to give Beav 1 point for each since he was equal third with himself.
So Beav gets 2 points.
Who was last place then?
Well he was the person to send in his entry first. Unfortunately he only sent in one photo but it did get a vote, not enough to stay out of last place though i'm afraid.
So last place goes to Greg who gets -1 point.
I'm starting to feel a little quilty about this minus a point bit now.
Sorry Greg but thanks to all of you who entered this time.

Comp 6
SInce the lack of posting, due to lack of computer recently, it must be about time for competition 6.
I have been going through a few ideas for competitions and since you all have or have access to cameras this comp will be a photo comp. The first of a few I think.
To start the photo competitions off, I decided to make this one a bit of a laugh.
The subject will be "Faces on Objects"
You will have to use your imagination a little for this comp. Something I know you have all got one way or another.
Basically I want you to take a photo of an object which resembles a face.
I had a look on Flicr and found this xlnt site for some examples for you to see.
The time limit for this comp will be 2 weeks. So all entries should get to me by 11th May 2006.
Feel free to send me your entries any time before that date. Max allowed entries per person is 3. All 3 places can be won by the same person, if all 3 of their photo's are voted for. Please send a description along with your entry too.
All entries will be open to voting. Same rule applies from the art comp, you can't vote for yourselves.
Any questions should be left in the comments.
Have fun.

Digital Camera
Question for all you guys in the competition.
Do you all have digital camera's either on your phone or a digital camera?
Just an idea for a competition at a later date.
Update:
Also do you all have a hotmail account? To play games against each other on msn messenger.
There's more. Another ebay challenge will be coming in the year so do you guys have an ebay account to buy and sell online?

Comp 5 results
Well here are the results for comp 5. I was suprised to get 4 entries in for this one. I knew Rob had given up as soon as he saw it and that a few others found it hard too. Beav couldn't get access to a computer that often either.
1st place was Dan with a massive 10765
2nd place was Ani with a massive 9744
3rd place was me with an o.k 6833
4th place goes to Greg with a respectable 1574
It was a hard game but there was a knack to it. There was no need to scatter odd pieces of pipe everywhere but just keep clicking until you got the right piece needed. Then make the longest hose possible. I was scattering pieces all over the place for the first few days until I sussed it out. I will try and find an easier one next time. Promise :-)
Now for the scores:
Dan gets 3 points.
Ani gets 2 points.
Markiss gets 1 point.
Greg gets -1 point. Seems a little unfair but thanks for entering Greg. I'm sure you will be getting some plus points soon.

Comp 5
Finally I've got my arse into gear and am posting competition 5.
The game is called Fireman.

The idea of the game is to connect the hose pieces together before the water is released. The longer the hose the more points too.
As always can you send me your screen shots for proof.
Screen shots to be in by next Wednesday please.
Now go and put those fires out.

Comp 4 Results
Well here they are then. Was surprised that Robert didn't send his in as I think he had a better score than the rest of us. So this time I had 3 entries from Dan, Beav and Markiss.
In First place for distance was Markiss with 9349.64.
In Second place for distance was Beav with 5909.43.
In Third place for distance was Dan with 5850.37.
Then there was an extra point for the best height. Guess who got that?
Yup it was me with 702.67.
Then next best was Dan with 235.10.
Then Beav with 228.63. Very close to Dan!
So this means the points are as follows:
Markiss 4 points (3+1)
Beav 2 points
Dan 0 points (1-1)

Comp 4 due
Hi Guys. Anyone going to enter comp 4? If you are, then can I have your screen shots before midnight tonight. Remember there is an extra point for the highest height too. This comp could change the leader board big time, as Rob, Dan and Beav are all in joint first place at the moment.

Comp 4
Here is Comp 4. Sent in by Rob. It is a little fucked up as a game but pretty good fun. It's called Nanaca Crash. You don't need any skill with this so should be fair for all who enter. The winner will be the person who travels the furthest distance.
There is also a bonus point for the person who gets the highest height record. You will have to "print screen" during game play to capture the height. Obviously you don't have to try for the best height but you can if you want to go for the extra point.
Entries must be in by midnight next monday. Enjoy.
Update:
If you are having problems viewing the game try it here instead.
Also can you send me in your entries like these below.
For the height
For the distance.

Results for Helicomp
Here are the results for the Helicomp. Only had 3 entries so the 3rd place entry will get no points. Reason being is they get 1 point for being third and in this case third place is also last place so they get 1 point deducted too. Typical it had to be me!
Robert came in first place. 3 Points for him.
Beav came in second place. 2 points for him.
Markiss came in third place. 1 point and -1 point for me.
I will put the scores up as soon as I get time to do so.
Also keep an eye out for the next comp. Should be up later today.

Jamal
It's Friday, it's St Patricks day and it's the day you should all send me your entries for the Helicomp. I will accept them up to midnight tonight. Anything after that wont be counted.
Since it is Friday, I also have a game for you. Not in the comp but just for fun. See if you can beat me. My score is on the highest score part of the game. Not for long I bet. I was in second place as from 10 minutes ago.
It's called Jamal and you can find the game here.
Remember, all entries in by midnight tonight.

Competition 3
Bet most of you will be glad to know that this comp has nothing to do with art whatsoever. Well, apart from Ani that is.
This one is quite simple really. It was sent in by Beav. So he has probably played it alot. It is a helicopter game. Most of you have seen it before I reckon.
Anyway the rules are straight forward. You have until next Friday to see how far you can fly. I want you to send me in you best screen shot just like this sample one below.
Good luck.

Results for Art comp
We have a winner!
The votes went like this.
Ani had 9
Dan had 8
Beav had 7
Markiss had 6
So that means:
Ani gets 3 points
Dan gets 2 points
Beav gets 1 point
Markiss gets -1 point
Well done Ani.
Oh and just to mention that Jeremy sent me his entry a little late. The voting had already begun so I couldn't enter you mate. Sorry. Better luck next time. Mind you, probably a good thing anyway as the link didn't seem to work.
Will update the points board soon.

Art Comp Entries
The entries are in for the Art competition now. Didn't get that many entries for this one in the end. Was a bit of a pain with the site buggering up half way through the week too. Anyway some of you stuck with it and sent me in something.
There are four in all, please have a look at them and then send me your votes.
To find the winner, we will have a vote on your favourite top 3 entries.
Each player has 3 votes. You will have to email your favourite 3 to me in this format:
1st favourite = Bungle
2nd favourite = Zippy
3rd favourite = George
(You can't vote for yourself)
Since there are 4 entries everyone will get points one way or another but one unlucky person will be getting a minus!
Here they are:
Ani with this
Beav with this
Dan with this
Markiss with this
Please note that anyone involved in the competition can vote, even if you haven't entered this part. So please get voting soon.
Update:
Beav has now sent me the link to his picture.

The end of the comp will be Monday 6th March.
To find the winner, we will have a vote on your favourite top 3 entries.
Each player has 3 votes. You will have to email your favourite 3 to me in this format:

Comp 2
How are you at painting? Any budding artists amongst us? Well here is your chance to show us how good or bad you are. I will let you guys practice for a bit before I give you the rules for the game though. Basically I will give you a theme and you will have to paint that theme. Anyway you see fit. We will vote on the winner at the end of the competition.
You can find the art site here.
Just muck about with all the bits and pieces and get to grips with it.
You will need to sus out how to send me your entries too.
Here is how you do it:
Go to Save & Send and click "if you'd rather not send this painting to your friends but would like a link anyway, click here".
Once you have done that you will have to copy the address and email me the link. Got it? Any problems let me know.
Here is a sample url I just did http://artpad.art.com/gallery/?iv1hwkl8hj0

First Competition
Ok then. I have been thinking about the first competition.
I know some of you have played it before and some of you may not have but it is a good one.
It's called Stair Dismount.
You need to download the game from here. Just choose your operating System.
Have a practice for a few days. Keep updating the comments with your highest scores yet, so we can see how you are doing. Maybe you will be willing to share your techniques with other players? Maybe you will just be plain nasty and keep them a secret for yourself. I want you to send me a screen shot of your highest score of all by the end of the competition. Which will be in 2 weeks. That gives you all loads of time to sus it out. So the end date will be on the 20th February 2006. Any questions just ask. Points will be awarded for first, second and third places. Points will be deducted for last place. Remember you don't have to enter if you don't want to. That way you could force someone to loose points by making them last! See my extended entry for this post for some help.
Stair Dismount - Porrasturvat is a stair stunt game.
The legendary superhero Spector has found, to his shock, that he cannot write off all the damage he has caused to the city out of his taxes unless he proves that he has sustained significant damage in the process himself! Now it's up to you to 'help' him with this little detail.
Usage
1. Select the body part which you wish to push, by clicking on the damage diagram on the bottom left side of the screen.
2. Depress left mouse button and drag sideways and up and down to select the angle of the push.
3. Pay close attention to the pulsing power bar, and click on 'dismount' when it shows the force that you wish to use for the push.
Keys
Alt-Enter Switch between window and fullscreen
Space Dismount / Reset
Q Select previous body part
W Select next body part
R Replay (when dismount is finished)
P Pause
Ctrl-P Step the time a little bit forward when paused
C Next camera viewpoint
E Reset pitch and heading
S Turn score view on/off
M Manual camera (hold the key)
Ctrl-F Enable/Disable fog (disabled by default, see notes)
Ctrl-M Turn music on/off
Ctrl-S Turn sound effects on/off
0-9 Hotkeys for the camera viewpoints
Arrow keys Finetune heading & pitch (see notes)
Escape Quit the game

Sign up time
Who wants to join in with this years competitions?
If you do fancy taking part then please send me an email, leave a comment below or leave a message in my shoutbox. I will then place the names on this site and during the year points will be placed along side the relevant names.
At the end of the competitions, the person with the most points will receive a £25 Amazon gift certificate.
(That's if I have any money by the end of this year!) Don't know what I will do if I win either. You will just have to make sure you beat me.
Anyone can join at anytime of the year. There aren't any rules as such but there will be for each individual competition, which I will post at the time. The first competition will start when I have a few names. Hopefully there will be quite a few competitions throughout the year but that depends on my workload.
As I said in a previous post, any ideas for competitions will be great to have. So please feel free to contact me.
Competitions could include: online games, ebay comp, art/drawing online, quizzes, crosswords etc etc etc.

Competition 2006
Now that January has nearly finshed, it is about time I started off this years competitions. I will be getting rid of the Ebay Challenge on the left and put up the new score board for this year.
I have a few ideas up my sleeve and hopefully will get a few more as the year progresses. Just keep an eye to the left and I will keep it updated. Any ideas for competitions will be great to have. So please feel free to email me.
The basic idea of this years comps will go like this:
1) Anyone can enter a competition.
2) I will put your names on the score board.
3) Winners will get points for 1st 2nd and 3rd place. (May deduct for last place but not sure yet)
4) Most points at the end of the year will receive a prize*.
5) Some comps will have other players voting to see who is the winner.
6) If you sign up for one competition you don't have to do all of them. You just get more points the more you enter.
* Probably a voucher for Amazon.co.uk or something similar. I will let you know the prize before the start of the first competition.

Alphabet Typing
One of my readers sent this in to me to put on my site. It's not really a game but more of a competition to see who can type the Alphabet in the quickest time.
Now, can any of you beat my time of 6.321? I hope so, because I think I am crap at typing. As usual leave your scores in the comments.

Better be careful how you pronounce that title!
Say it out loud and quickly and i'm sure you get my meaning.
Anyway, on with the post. I tried this game and managed to score 1772.61 meters.
Why not see if you can beat that. Bet you play it for freaken ages too :-)
Just to prove my score ('cos I know you would want me to) I have taken a screen shot for you. You can see it here.
So go and play Kid Canyon's Cunning Stunt now and let me know if you can beat my high score. Also let me know how long it took you :-)

Final played
That was a great final. Well done to Ani for a cracking game. Seems a shame I should win my own competition. Didn't think that was going to be the case after the first game though. Ani got the highest score of the competition in her first game! Beat her own personal best with it too. So you can't do much better than that. It really put me off. But then I had a lucky game with some good drop down points and the rest was history. Ani didn't give up trying though just look at her scores, not one under 20,000 and 2 in the high 30,000's
Game 1 Markiss 16,750 and Ani 39,495
Game 2 Markiss 34,605 and Ani 28,355
Game 3 Markiss 47,360 and Ani 24,225
Game 4 Markiss 24,970 and Ani 23,185
Game 5 Markiss 9,210 and Ani 37,735

Bejeweled Trophy
I was asked by Dan if there would be a prize for this competition. So I said yes, there will be a virtual Trophy.
So behold the Virtual Bejeweled Trophy. Whos name will be on it? The suspense is killing me. Well not really, just trying to get Ani all nervous really :-)

Semi's Done
![]()
Well what can I say about that game. Dan and I had one hell of a game. Dan got his best ever score on the first game which really stuffed me up. He scored 37,520! I mean how the hell was I going beat that? Well as you can see by the scores below, I did manage to get him on the second game. All very high scores and it was a pleasure playing you Dan.
Game 1 Markiss 19,610 and Dan 37,520
Game 2 Markiss 38,800 and Dan 16480
Game 3 Markiss 26,180 and Dan 25305
Then of course there was the other Semi final played by Chris and Ani. That game was played at the same time as me and Dan were playing. Well, we finished first and Dan kept me informed on the scores. Chris was also chatting to me so don't know how he managed to play at the same time.
There scores were as follows:
Game 1 Ani 22,900 and Chris 2,000 ish
Game 2 Ani 10,374 and Chris 2,000 ish
Game 3 Ani 14,530 and Chris 8,260
So well done to you two guys for playing and especially Ani for winning.
The Score Board has been updated again to show these results.
Final coming soon. Ani vs Markiss.

Draw Done
![]()
The draw was done at the pub last night. It was done by people who aren't in the competition, so there was no cheating ;-)
I have put the names on the score board in the same order as they were drawn.
So all I need now are your hotmail addresses. I have most of them but will need Ani's please Dan. Could I have Beav's too. I have one for him but not sure if he has changed it or not.
I will email you all with your opponents address.
The time limit for the first round will be one week from the time of this post. So please contact each other and organise a time to play.
The game will be Bejeweled not "Bejeweled 2" and will be played in timed mode.
You will play the best of 3 and once you have both played those 3 games the winner will be the one with the overall highest score. Not all 3 added up.
Can the winner then email me with his or her high score along with their opponents highest score.
I will start the next round as soon as I have all the names in for the semi finals.
Have fun.

Scoreboard
I will be sorting the players out this week sometime. I will put the names in a pint glass and pull them out in front of people so you know I am not cheating :-)
The players for this competition are as follows:
Markiss
Chris
Dan
Ani
Donna
Beav
Rob
Lemurgirl
Unfortunately Rob and Lemurgirl can't play because of Mac issues.
Once I have filled in the names on the scoreboard, I will let you know your opponents msn email address and the time in which the game must be played by. Since there are 6 players, there are one of two things we can do.
Firstly, one player will get a bye straight into the Final. I will pull that name out of a hat. (Lucky person)
Or
The three people in the Semi's could all play each other and the two players with the highest scores would go through to the final.
Suggestions please.
Update:
Rob and Lemurgirl will be borrowing my laptop and using it in the pub one evening. So they can't play each other! Also Dan and Ani can't play each other as they are using the same computer! So what I will do is pull the names out and if they match up I will just swap them round. Haven't got a clue what I will do if they get into the final :-)
Nothing is ever straight forward with us guys. At least it makes it a bit more fun (NOT)

Bejeweled
![]()
Competition time again.
Since Bejeweled seems to be the game of the moment. I have decided to start a competition. I will sort the rules out when I know how many people want to enter. Basically you will need to have access to msn messenger and have a hotmail address to play. I will pair off people by having names pulled out of a hat (or probably a pint glass down the pub) and will let those people know. It will be up to you to organise the game and to complete it before the time given.
If you are interested in competing then please leave a comment. The more the merrier.

Showdown AEC
How exciting has all this AEC been huh? Well it's still not over yet. At the moment we have two leaders. That's Lemurgirl and Jodie both selling their Items for £0.99p. Well done girls.
Dan is coming up their rear (sorry) with £0.64p and has a bit of a bidding war going on, so watch out girls. I think he is going to be the winner for the AEC personally. Then we have Rob with an amazing £0.30p (ok, it will cost him more to buy a jiffy bag and also he looses his money but it was good fun)
Then we have Beav who is still going with no bids.
Then there is Jeremy and myself with an astonishing Nill Point. Nothing. Sod bloody all. Have these bidders got no taste? I mean what's wrong with J's Knob and my Balls? Oh well better luck next time Jeremy.
So we wait in anticipation for the final auctions to finish. Good luck guys.
Update: Sorry, just noticed Jeremy is still going. So maybe he still has a chance with his knob after all!

I have only got 3 entries in for the AEC. Come on you guys let's get cracking. Obviously you are all far to busy and working really hard. At least it is a long weekend coming up so hopefully you will find some time to get some junk to sell on eBay. I must admit, the entries I have in so far do meet the junk criteria. If anyone bids on these, they have a real problem!
Anyway, send me your entries soon please.

The Amazing eBay Challenge
The Amazing eBay Challenge
Rules:
- You will need an eBay sellers account to play.
- The starting or reserve price will be between £0.01 - £0.99 so it should cost you just 15p to put the item up for sale.
- The item put up for sale will be "Junk" as in a plastic bag or a beer mat.
- Basically something you got hold of for nothing. You get the idea! The value of the item can’t exceed £2. No pinching stuff please. (If you do, then keep it to yourself)
- A photo and description of your Item shall be sent to me before we start.
- I will put up the items on my site where you can all see what you are up against. This gives us the opportunity to make sure you aren't cheating as well. When the items are up you cannot change your mind once you have seen the other players Items.
- Once all entries are in I shall announce the Starting date. (I will be away for a week, so that gives you plenty of time to get your entries in)
- The duration of the auction will be 7 days.
- Item cannot be bid on by anyone you know. (This is important as it could get stupid)
- Only 1 picture max is allowed. Which is free to post on eBay.
- Once submitted all url's to the item placed on eBay must be forwarded to me. I will email them to the other players and put the links on my site.
- No money is to be made on postage. I.e.: £35 for postage. (I hate that)
- The winner will be the person who gets the highest price for their item.
- Any questions you may have must be sent to me prior to the commencement date to amazingebaychallenge@markiss.co.uk
- If there are any disagreements, unforeseen circumstances or there is a tie etc, there will be a vote. All players taking part are allowed to vote.
- If there is still a tie at the end of the vote, my word will be final.
- The winner will receive all money raised from the other player’s auctions. (To be paid via Paypal, if you haven't got a Paypal account could you please let me know.) Only one thing to mention here. If for some strange reason the item gets loads of money, there will be a max of £50 to be paid out. The remainder will be kept by the owner of the item. (doubt in a million years that would happen but I had to put something along those lines)
One more thing.
This is just a laugh brought on by a night out in my local. The rules above may seem a little much but we all have to start with something to go by. I am looking forward to seeing your photos with descriptions etc. I will be keeping an eye on all the auctions and posting updates throughout the week of play. That’s if anyone actually gets any bids J
Now go and try and find something to sell.
Happy playing and Good Luck.

eBay Challenge
I am sorting out "An Amazing eBay Challenge" as has now been advertised over at Rob's site :-). Before I can start with the rules I would like to know who wants to play the challenge. It all started with a previous post of mine a few days ago. I want the game to start on the 27th April (Can be changed to suit all players). You will need an eBay sellers account to play. That it easy to set up. The starting or reserve price will be between £0.01 - £0.99 so it should cost you just 15p to put the item up for sale. As I said before, the rules are yet to follow but just to give you an idea of what I am looking for. The item put up for sale will be "Junk" as in a plastic bag or a beer mat. Basically something you got hold of for free. No pinching stuff please. The winner will be the person who gets the highest price for their item. Sounds pretty straight forward really but I suppose I do have to have some sort of rules written up. Now can you put your name in my comments to let me know who is wanting to play: "The Amazing eBay Challenge". P.S. Thanks to Rob for naming the Challenge (Very original :-) P.P.S. If Rob doesn't mind (Which I am sure he doesn't) maybe you could advertise it on your site (And pinch his Picture). P.P.P.S. I will be wanting a photo and description of your Item before we start. Then I will put up the items on my site where you can all see what you are up against. Also we can make sure you aren't cheating.Posted by Markiss at 2:38 PM | Comments (0)
