Ok this is more of a pointless website rather than weird.

Apparently it's a Ballad of the horse with a spot on his forehead and silver hair on the tail, Performed by Chava Alberstein, Written by Matti Caspi & Yoram Teharlev.
Oh and you need sound for this site.
