Long Weekend
It's finally here at last, the last long weekend of the year (apart from Christmas of course). Wonder what everyone's up to this weekend? I haven't got much planned at all really. May go to France on Sunday for the day. Have also been invited to a mates Birthday B.B.Q that day. May not go to that as I am trying to dodge a few people at the moment. Long story really.
So it looks like France. The only problem with that is 1000's of Jersey people do exactly the same for this weekend. So if you don't like crowds I wouldn't recommend Saint Malo this weekend.
What ever you decide to do, I hope you all have a good one.

Mosquito Attack
Last night I didn't get any sleep at all. Reason being, bloody mosquito's. Literally bloody too. Infact there was just one. I could hear her flying around my head all night. I would turn the light on but could I find her? No bloody chance. I would turn the light off again and give it 1 minute and she would be right back. I would nod off and then wallop, another bite on my arm. I have counted 7 bites so far. She must be one hell of a big mozzy today. I bet you I don't get to find her tonight either. But if I do, I am going to do something I don't normally get pleasure out of. I am going to squash the bugger. She has declared war on me so I am going to fight back.
Now if you were a mozzy, where would you hide in a bedroom? Idea's please. I have already looked on the ceiling and behind the curtains!

Do you remember me ever going on about Konfabulator 2? Well I have got some news for you. Yahoo recently bought it and has made the new release 2.1.1 absolutely free. Now isn't that nice of them? So why not go and grab yourself a copy and see if there are any widgets that suit you. Enjoy!

Great Day
I would just like to say to a couple of my mates.
What a wonderful day I have just had. Oysters, Lobster Thermador, Wine, beer, laughs and great company. (Oh and the Zoo of course, even though one of the Gorillas was stuck in a hole) It has been a real chin up for me.

Mr FastFinger
This is just xlnt. Ever fancied learning to play the guitar? Well look no further than Mr FastFinger. This website is awesome. My favourite part is the jamming session. You get to play the best rock solo you ever dreamed of playing. This site obviously needs sound, so if you are at work then you will have to wait until you get back home. I can't wait to use my sound system with this :-)

Battle of Flowers
Today is going to be mayhem. It is the height of the season here in Jersey. We are full to the brim with holiday makers as it is The Battle of Flowers today. Town is closed off, roads are chaotic. It took me ages to get into work this morning because I was caught behind a damned float.
There is of course some good that comes out of all this. I have got the afternoon off :-) Don't know if anyone else at my office knows that yet though!
Anyway, after 3 weeks of pure hell, I may actually enjoy today. I have been invited out by 2 people. One to go out to lunch with and the other to go on the piss with. Decisions, decisions. I think I will do the lunch since they invited me first, then may even go on the piss :-)

Ogle
Ah it's one of those days when I find myself putting up something on my site to amuse the small minds of my male readers. It's a game to see whether or not you can ogle at your best mates sisters breasts and get away with it. Brilliant idea isn't it? I'm obviously not that subtle when it comes to breasts, as I get canned everytime. Maybe you lot are a little better at this than me. Why not try it out for yourselves here.

Peace for the Wicked
So I finally make an appearance and what happens? I get snowed under with work, so I don't have enough time to blog. Hopefully things will get better during the week.
I do have something to say just quickly though. A mate of mine has just returned to Jersey for a short holiday. He moved to Spain a few years ago to retire/play music. His name is Pix and used to play in a band called Peace for the Wicked. Anyway, he has decided to get the old band together and do a gig here in Jersey. It will be held at L'Auberge du Nord. So if any of you people want a good night out, I recommend you getting a ticket and joining me down there. It will be a good night, I can promise you.

Edit: I forgot to mention the date. It is on Saturday 13th August.

Am Back!
Hi guys. Yes it's me, i'm back. I will try and stay here for a while too.
I just wanted to kick off with something a mate of mine is doing for Charity. A very good one at that too. It is for the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust here in Jersey.
