Is it just me or is most of the World Wide Web not accessible today? Virtually every page I am looking at isn't available! I have looked in my settings for IE but nothing has changed. I have even tried surfing using Mozilla Firefox and still get the same problem. If I refresh the page about 10 times it finally loads. What is going on? Anyone else getting this problem?
