Busy day today
As usual..... I am the only one in the office today, so it has been a non stop event. Apart from going into town to go to the opticians to try on a pair of contact lenses. Should be a bit weird actually seeing people for the first time! They seem a bit barbaric though. My eyes were killing me after shoving my finger nails into my Cornea after 10 mins! Just had a look over at Robs website. He has got something there for you Aussie Steve just take a look at the Bumber Sticker. Need a cigarette now but not allowed! Damn it........... What a Morning.
Recently I have been getting more pop up ads and annoying things happening to my computer again. But thanks to the Bazooka spyware scanner, which is free, I have managed to get rid of all the annoying spyware on my computer. I have been typing alot of REGEDIT's, as you can imagine, this morning. One of the spywares, called "IE Searchbar" completely erased my Google Toolbar as well. So had to download that again. Well all seems fine now. Fingers crossed, it's worked. And to think I picked today to start cutting down on my smoking. By now I would normally have had 10 cigarettes and have managed to cut that down to only 3 so far. Next one I can have is at 14:45. I'm trying to only have one an hour as aposed to 3 an hour. The bad thing about me is that I normally just sit infront of my computer with a fag in my hand whilst doing my work. So I can easily go through 20 a day at work then a further 20 after work. So first step is to cut out smoking completely at work then start step 2. Giving up completely. Shouldnt have done that
Having problems with my head today. Not suprising after the day I had yesterday. Yes I did end up staying at the pub all day. Had a really good time. Things started to get a bit blurry towards the end of the evening though. Didn't win my bet on the football as it was a draw, nevermind! On a different note....... Was looking for a book, which I read when I was younger, this morning and found a great website where you can download ebooks for free. The best thing was that they actually had the book too. Pub
That was an experience! Had a major night last night. Cut a long story short, as I do. Went down the pub had a few drinks (too many) Saw loads of old mates. Left pub went to churchyard (Birthday of friend who is buried there) had a word with him. Went to Pauls place for Pernod fell back home. Got on the Internet. Can't remember anything after that. Woke up this morning. Realised that I was an hour out of sync' and I needed to be down at the pub to do the thrift. Pegged it down there (with a major hangover) did the thrift (without Rob, where were you mate?) pegged it back home for lunch and now on my way back down to the pub to watch the Manu vx Arsenal match. Come on you Goooooooners. Then going to meet Aussie Steve, so he can come back to my place to see my multi gym, which he wants to buy. Then back down the pub for some more. Since I decided to start collecting spam, I have realised that in some cases it does help you out. In the case of the Dora Casso spam email, I seem to be having a lot more hits on my website. Basically, I am having loads of hits from people who are searching Google for information on Dora Casso. Balls to the Wall.
Ahhhhh Friday again. Seems as it is going to be a busy one though. Walked into the office this morning and it was chaos. I calmed things down pretty quickly though. It's nice to be needed. Wonderful Spam
I think I am going to start looking at spam in a different way from now on. I mean, if I don't, I think I will go crazy. I've always hated it. Do people actually get a spam email and go, "Wow, viagra! Let's click on this link and buy a load of it" ? Beats me if they do. So what am I going to do about this spam then? How do I treat it in a different manner? I have been thinking about it for quite a while now and last night I came up with the answer, finally!I am going to start collecting them. Yup, that's right, instead of collecting stamps or water jugs etc etc I am going to become one of the first people in the world who collects spam for a hobby. Only spam that has been delivered to me though, (so don't think you are going to pass your rubbish on to me :-) I'm going to file them away into different catagories, like "Pills" - "Porn" - "Money Laundering" etc etc. The good thing about my new hobby, is that I don't have to go down to car boot sales or flee markets to find them. People just give them to me for nothing.
You never know, one day these emails may be considered something of the past and actually worth some money! I wonder if there are any Spam collectors websites out there? Right.............. off to search google now.

Have been Busy updating
I have been updating bit's and pieces of my website today! Things that most of you wouldn't have even realised was wrong with it since they were all to do with my archive pages. Basically I had no Titles or links to my previous entries but that has all been sorted now. Also the menu stopped working on my Archive pages aswell. Don't know why but some files had been erased. Wasn't me honestly!!!!!!! Well I can't remember deleting them. Should probably stop blogging when I have had a few drinks, I think. Nah, it's better fun that way and at least I am a bit more open when I have had a few to drink :) Sent out the invites for Richards Stag party today. Well emailed them to the few people that have actually got email addresses and then rang a few of them too. Richard will be pleased to know that 7 people are coming so far. Weekend Conclusion
It's been a long one that's for sure! And a really good one......... I was right that something was going to happen because it did. I got twatted! Friday night was a normal night, ish, apart from I had the day off :-) and I ended up going down to my local a bit earlier than normal. 4:45pm to be precise. Ended up staying there until throwing out time at 11:30pm. Then back home to eat some food. Which is weird for me anyway. Then comes Saturday. This was my mates wedding day. The service was a really good one, I am sure it went really well. Then came the reception, lot's of freindly people and entertainment. Good food and wine too. Only thing was that it seemed to be a bit heavy on the old God bit. I haven't got anything against religion but this was a bit too much for me to handle. It wasn't just praying or getting married that freaked me out, as I have been to quite a few weddings before. This was more like a, sacrifice a virgin and drink her blood affair. Way over the top kind of cult if you ask me but whatever pleases people is ok with me as long as I don't have anything to do with it. The most important thing was that the 2 people getting married were having a good time and they seemd to be enjoying the proceedings. I wish them all the best for the future. We left the reception at about 5:15pm and strolled down to the weighbridge to get a few pints in and then got our Bus. Which ended up being a good laugh in itself. Guess where we got the bus to? Yup.......... The Marys pub. Got there just after 6pm.......... Cut a long story short, I stayed there 'till kicking out time. And as I do I made a few notes of the evening (as it was headf*ck night) Here it goes then: 1) Bruce the Prawn (Beruce) 2) Orgy cum nuon (meant to be spelt noun, but who knows why it wasn't that night?) 3) Nabana (Say really quickly a few times and it becomes Banana) Hmmmmmmmm 4) I wuv you from Sue xxxxxxxxxxx (bless her, obviously wrote that herself) wuv you too babes. 5) Binoculars. (Bob you know what that's about, something to do with going to my place and looking through my bedroom window to your bedroom window) and finally, 6) Sorry!!!!!!!!! (You know when I am getting pissed, it's because I start to appologise) Sorry..........So the night kept on going. I ended up borrowing a mates torch to get home. Thanks Rob. Got back home and went on the Internet for a while then decided I needed my bed. Got there for 10 minutes and was suddenly awakened by Lisa. So hence I stayed up for another couple of hours! ;-)
Ahhhh Sunday. Had to do the bloody thrift, didn't I. Wasn't too bad in the end though. Poured a pint and it sat there for an hour before I touched it. Didn't know if it was going to sort me out or kill me. It did the job! Then the fun started. Well not fun exactly but more like chores. Decided to start decorating the lounge. Will keep this bit nice and short as it will seem a bit boring to you people. It took bloody ages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well here we are on another one of those "I can feel a session coming on" days. Still drunk from the night before and now i'm getting picked up at 10 am to go to a wedding in town. Gentlemans Dinner
The day after the so called "Gentleman's Dinner" (Stag do) and my head is feeling the pain. It was a good night had by all for the most part of it. The food was xlnt. The drinks flowed quite nicely too. A bit on the expensive side though, I spent £96! For 2 courses..... So much for Jersey prices. The best bit was to come though. I got home (can't remember what time it was) and found that I was locked out of my house. The door had been locked with the key left in the other side. I tried throwing stones at the window, calling the phone, sending text messages and ringing the door bell but still no answer. It took me the best part of ¾ of an hour to get the blasted key out in the end but at least I manged it. Not the kind of thing you want to be doing in the early hours of the morning really. So I have got the day off today :) and what have I got planned? Well if it was up to me I would just sit infront of my computer all day but alas! I have been given some orders to start on decorating the lounge. So bang goes my relaxing day off. Must go and make a start on it now. I need my Bed
Looking at my Blogs posted yesterday. The first blog entry was posted at 12:11am and the last entry was at 11:57pm. Does that mean I was up all day and forgot to go to bed on Wednesday? Probably, I can't remember. Today is going to be a little bit like that aswell. I have a stag do to go to tonight. It's going to be a bit of a rush tonight really. I finish work at 6pm and have to get home, showered and dressed all in time to get down to the pub to meet everyone at 6:45pm. Then of course I have the added problem of having to go out and get slashed! Wish I had the Friday off work. Oh, hang on a minute! I forgot.......... New Site Design
As you can see, I have a new layout for my website now. I got a bit bored of the other one and I started to get too many items on my side bar, so now I have two. Longueville Lunch

Knobs !!!!!!
So what came out of my night tonight then? A good night all round I think. Nice people and not too many of them there, just how I like it really. Fag packet situation coming up! Right then, all I have got written down tonight is "Knobs Men and C*nts Women" Sorry about the swear word but it happens in a pub from time to time! I remember now.......... Jodi, one of our lovely bar staff, said that all men are Knobs! Now, me not being a sexiest or anything decided to tell her that the only reason that us men are knobs is because we are born with them. Right? So I replied with my answer. World of Google
Carrying on from a previous post of mine about the website Googlism. I was told, by an Aussie pervert, of another "Google" type search engine called Booble. Strange that I didn't know about it really! It is basically an Adult search engine. Unless you search for any typically "adult" keywords you will end up on a rather blank page with a Google-like, but more impertinent, tip, like "Tip: Never download any software unless you are 100% percent certain about what you are downloading." But if you search for any of the right words (you know them) you will find extensive links to various Booble affiliated adult sites on the web. Can be quite fun. Also I found another mirror site of "Google" literally. It's called elgooG. The site is used widely in countries where Google is banned like China. Strangely enough you have to put your search criteria in backwards aswell. So if you want to search for Markiss you would have to type in ssikraM. Some people just have far too much time on their hands :-) Then there is a site called Googlefight. This is where you Type 2 opposite keywords such as Jersey and Guernsey and see which one wins. Where is my Woopie?

Celebrity tax meter
Have been sorting some tax issues out today. Hate doing it but as everyone knows it must be done. But just to make it feel a little better, I found this on the Net. Celebrity tax meter. It compares your Income tax bill to the top earners in certain industries in the U.K. It's besides the point that they have to earn enough money to get charged that amount in the first place but it's quite interesting. That time of year
It's that time of year again. Just received an email asking me for money to renew my hosting package. Don't know what to do yet though. There seems to be sooooo many packages out there now. I'm paying £30 a year at the moment, so it's not going to be the end of the world if I pick the wrong one. Do I really need more than 75mb of space? I will probably find out that I do, when I renew my package, and realise it's too late to change my mind. 2. Throw the beer mats at the bartender.
3. Go into the toilets of the opposite sex and piss in the sink.

5. If singing Karaoke, sing the lyrics to a completely different song to the one that's playing.
6. Sit at a table and shout "WAITER!”
7. If there's sport on the TV and it's a repeat, spoil it for those who don't know by shouting out the results.

9. Ask if anyone wants to play hide and seek.

Weekend Over.
That didn't last long! What a short weekend. I ended up working for most of it. But the evenings were good. Had a party at my house last night. Had a really good time :-) Went for a 5 mile walk today and now my legs are feeling the worst of it. But it was nice getting out and walking on the cliff paths. The visibility was xlnt. You could see France, Sark, Guernsey and Herm really well. Went to the pub, for a change, tonight. A couple of my friends had been reading Fhm magazine and there was an article on "How sad is your local?" Basically it told that if you put some loose change in the urinal and then pee on it, see how long it takes for someone to actually steal it. I didn't believe that anyone would, but it went within 10 minutes! How sad is that? These guys kept doing it throughout the night and it kept getting pinched! O.K it cost them a fiver in the end, but what the hell is going on there? Would you stick your hands in a urinal for 50p? I certainly wouldn't but someone in our pub does! The worrying thing is that this guy is obviously spending the change in the pub and I now have a pocket full of change from there. Is one of my coins from the urinal? Think I will go and wash my hands now :-) Well there you go, another load of useless information for you guys. Hope you all had a great weekend. Now to bed. Weekending
Ahhh, now that's more like it. It's Friday at last. Sitting here in my office this morning listening to Phantom Theory by Futureshock. Having a cigarette and getting down to some work. No-one bothering me on the telephone either :) Already gone through a litre of water so far today, trying to give my kidneys a boost. So what have I got lined up for this weekend? Hmmmm can't think of anything yet! XLNT.... Might just work on the company website, problem is that no-one from the office will help me with the content for the site. So looks like i'm on my own for that one. Can even stay in bed a bit later than normal this Sunday, because I don't have to do the thrift either. It just keeps getting better and better. Dogging
Just heard a debate on this topic 'Dogging'. Personally I had never heard of it before (Sweet innocent me). Sounds pretty good to me. Basically you go to a car park or woods or something similar and make out with someone and get other people "Doggers" to watch or even invite them to join in! Problem is people are getting diseases from doing this! Really? I wonder why? Use a fucking condom. It's not rocket science now, is it? Right so now to find out where the Doggers are in Jersey. Well come on, there's nothing good to watch on T.V these days. Oh, I will actually be watching something on the T.V tonight, thinking about it. A mate of mine should be on Rick Stein's, Food Heroes at 8:30pm on BBC 2. It is featuring Jersey tonight. Now, how the hell did I manage to talk about Sex in cars and Food on the same blog? Worrying! New Album
I don't often hear new albums/Artists that I really like these days. The last one was back in November when I discovered Jeff Buckley. The latest is an album from a band called Zero7. The album is xlnt. You would probably of heard of the song "Home" from the album, as it is in the charts at the moment. I would definitely recommend this one to you. New Job
As normal, I haven't had much time to keep my blog up to date today but had to mention this one. I have just finished designing a site of 5 houses so went in to get another job to start on. Well would you believe what was allocated to me? A small extension to create a study 4m x 3m. Now I can hear you saying, "Well what's so weird about that?". The answer is, that the extension is going to be built on our property. My father is building it on his part of the property and I didn't realise he was going to do it! I will have to find a new place for my boat now, as he is proposing to build it right where I park it. Don't let me mislead you though, I don't mind him doing it. It was just weird finding out that my next job was at my house. At least I can stop off for lunch half way through the survey :)And now for something completely different :
